Lead Advisor

A merger is a significant exercise that can easily create a distraction from continuing to deliver to a high standard. We offer a lead advisory service that takes off the pressure and co-‐ordinates the key deliverables within a merger process. This has been welcomed by many of our merger clients.

Due Diligence

We have undertaken a number of due diligence engagements for housing mergers. We bring a sound audit base with an additional commerciality based on the experience of the team. Our team members have wider experience from complex joint venture projects such as PFI that enable a real understanding of the material risks within the organisation.

Business Case Development

We have co-‐ordinated the development and drafted successful business cases for the HCA in relation to mergers. In addition, we have assisted in the development of a number of business cases for new ventures, developments and partnerships, including economic modelling, options analysis and demand analysis.

Implementation Support

Once the merger has been agreed, the most important stage begins on making it happen. We have advisers who have been part of implementation teams post-‐merger, and bring the lessons learned on how to have a successful partnership from the start.
